We manufacture automotive, electrical, electronics and enclosure components. In automotive, our key products include seat frame assemblies, seating child parts, clutch child parts, gas spring brackets, body parts, airbag and transmission-related components.

• Our facility is equipped with pneumatic, hydraulic and transfer presses from 25 Ton to 400 Ton, coil feeders and Robo MIG welding lines. This allows us to handle small, medium and large-volume production with consistent quality.

We follow a strict QC system with incoming, in-process and final inspection. Critical dimensions are checked using calibrated gauges and instruments, and production lots are fully traceable from raw material to dispatch, as per customer  quality requirements.

Yes. Our engineering team can support new part development, from feasibility study, tool & fixture development, trial batches and PPAP documentation up to regular mass production.

You can share component drawings/3D models, material specifications, annual volume, required standards and target timeline. Our team will study the feasibility and revert with a quotation or technical clarification.
